My awesome wife and I went to Europe at the end of Feb. We went snowboarding/skiing on the highest point in Germany in the Alps called Zugspitze…pronounced: tsook shpits. Then we took a train down to Italy for 5 days. It was fun, but was so glad to be back in America. The first pic is of me smashing into a pole after a sweet jump! The 2nd is me and my wife Jenni on the slope. 3rd is Me at almost 10,000feet at the peak of the mountain. 4th is me and Jenni in Italy with Mt. Vesuvius in the back ground. 5th is Jenni at the top of Germany.
That was my 8th time across the Atlantic Ocean. It seems like it gets longer every time!!! This time though, everyone had their own personal tv in the back of the seat with a bunch of movies, TV shows, games, and other stuff to help occupy your time. I watched 3 movies and 1 TV show on the flight from Amsterdam to Seattle.
On the Military flights to Iraq across the Ocean(When I was in the Marine Corps), we rode on commercial flights all the way to Kuwait. It was so funny, they would tell us, “Please make sure your that your seats are in the upright position, that your seat trays are locked, and please secure your rifles under your seat or in the overhead bin”. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHH! Seriously, they really told us to do that. On the flight over, they gave us all sorts of drinks and food and all the ice cream we wanted!
I’m getting into too much into Iraq and the Marine life…I will save that for another blog.

I found 2 weapon caches that were full of hundreds of rpg's, grenades, hundreds of mortars, tens of thousands of small arms ammo, hundreds of artillery rounds, and other explosive devices. The 2 caches were about 20 feet long and 4 feet wide. They were buried in the side of an elevated road. I went ahead and just blew them in place and took out the whole road. That 'ill teach 'em! The photo is of the two holes it left in the middle of the road.
